Last night we had a fabulous dinner overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Each course was cooked to order. It was wonderful. We took a walk along the beach and had some gelato to finish it off. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast in the hotel and the owner's son drove us to the train station.
We arrived in Brisighella and we picked up by the owner of the B&B where we are staying. It was like a meeting of long-lost cousins. What a wonderful treat this is. The place is totally magnificent, nestled in the hillside of Emilia Romagna where life is slow and the food and wine is organic. I am in heaven!!!!! The farm and vineyard are magnificent and we are in the relaxation mode after days of running around like lunatics. I love this place! The farmhouse where we are staying is beyond description. It is a real place , the owners live and work here and it is decorated so beautifully that I am just speachless. Tonight we had an organic dinner cooked by the owner with organic wine grown by them. It really does not get any better than this. We took a long walk with the dog, LISA, who made sure that we were safe and brought us home in one piece. Oh, how I love this!!!!!!!!!!!!
